Belgian (Ghent) garage band, formed in the early eighties by Luc MG and Paul Brusseel. The influence of obscure sixties punk bands, psychedelica, brutal spaghetti westerns and surf-instrumentals moved The Mudgang towards their own specific garage-sound. They split up in 2000, after shared the stage with Iggy Pop, Green on Red, La Muerte, The Spanks and many others. At the end of 2007 two original members Luc MG (guitar-vocals) and Jo De Bondt (bass) reformed again, and in July 2008 there has been two live sessions recorded wich resulted in this live album.
